The 2023 Central American and Caribbean Games (Spanish: Juegos Centroamericanos y del Caribe de 2023), officially the XXIV Central American and Caribbean Games, is a multi-sport event that is scheduled to take place in San Salvador, El Salvador and Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic from June 23 to July 8, 2023.

The games were originally scheduled to be held in Panama City, Panama, but the government of Panama withdrew as host in July 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Centro Caribe Sports, the governing body of the Central American and Caribbean Games, then selected San Salvador as the new host city.

A total of 54 sports will be contested at the 2023 Central American and Caribbean Games, including 32 Olympic sports and 22 non-Olympic sports. The games are expected to feature over 5,000 athletes from 33 countries.

The opening ceremony of the 2023 Central American and Caribbean Games will be held on June 23, 2023, at the Estadio Cuscatlán in San Salvador. The closing ceremony will be held on July 8, 2023, at the Estadio Olímpico Félix Sánchez in Santo Domingo.
